After 2 months and after the Appliance Co re-issuing new warranties, CPS's supervisor Eli comes to me and tells me they can't cover the repairs because they occurred outside the coverage period and even if the repairs did occur within the new warranty period, coverage only becomes effective after 90 days. I cannot believe my ears and get into a heated discussion with Eli where he does not listed and repeatedly speaks over me as he tells me that i did not contact them in the time period before the original warranties were voided.
