I am not sure if they have officially certified Outlook 2016 for Mac as yet but Outlook 2011 for Mac certainly worked. • Pay for a hosted Kerio Connect account • Maybe you could use a 'free' Outlook.com account in both Outlook 2016 for Mac and on on your iOS device. Certainly the email function works on both but I have not yet seen any comments as to whether calendar and contacts do as well, as this option is free it costs you nothing but time to try it out and let us know. Note: Microsoft do not support the independent official standards of CardDAV and CalDAV (for contacts and calendars respectively) which Google, Apple, Mozilla, and many others do support. (See again Microsoft and talking through arse.). I'm not sure whether this is the same issue, but I can't seem to get Outook 2016 calendar to sync between my computer and my office.com account. My office just started using Office 365 for business. I installed Outlook 2016 on my computer (Mac 27' running El Capitan) I'm baffled. There does seem to be some connection. The holiday calendar that I subscribed to on office.com also shows up on Outlook 2016.
